Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original, undamaged packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A 10% handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and restocking.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In line with the South African Consumer Protection Act, defective or incorrectly supplied items will be replaced or refunded in full at no cost to you (the 10% handling fee does not apply).

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalised products (special orders, branded merchandise)

  • Personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method (less the 10% handling fee) within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
