These Terms of Service govern your use of www.beechtraders.com and purchases from our store. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Beech Traders is a South African business registered under Reg. No. 2024/797727/07, supplying branded clothing, corporate gifting, promotional products, and display materials.

2. Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT (15%). VAT will be added at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at time of order is the price charged.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, Mobicred, Zapper, and bank deposit. We reserve the right to cancel any order, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Branding & Customisation

By submitting artwork you confirm you have the right to use the design and it does not infringe third-party rights. A branding setup fee applies per order as indicated at checkout. Once a proof is approved, no changes can be made.

5. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after ordering, we will contact you to offer an alternative, backorder, or refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Beech Traders shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
