Please note: All prices on our website exclude VAT at 15%. VAT is added at checkout.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@beechtraders.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been branded, printed, embroidered, or customised in any way
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@beechtraders.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Branding & Customisation Orders
Orders that include branding or customisation are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a production error on our part.
